Pilates Equipment Classes
A fun small group class that uses the amazing Pilates equipment and mat work for a great full body workout. Focus on form, alignment, and breathing while you stretch and strengthen your entire body using spring resistance. You’ll improve your core strength, posture, flexibility and a strong Pilates practice for life. Must know all the basic exercises and have no injuries. Not recommended for first time students. Try the Basic Pilates classes before signing up for this one.
Group Mat Pilates
A full-body workout based on the original Pilates Method. Build core strength, improve flexibly, and posture, and develop greater control balance and body awareness through the Classical Pilates Mat sequence.
