Cardio Sculpt
You'll define your body with a mix of strength and cardio exercises to get you sweaty and strong. All levels welcome. YOU WILL NEED WEIGHTS and BANDS. But not necessary to take class.
Mat Pilates
Intermediate/Advance Mat Pilates for students with some pilates experience and no injuries.
You will need a Mat, Small hand weights and Pilates Ring
RX Fitness
TLC for your hard working body: Mobility, Flexibility and Feet Fitness. Exercises to open the chest, release tight hips and back, improve range of motion and limber your feet. You will need a Mat, Yoga Strap, Block, Foam Roller and Ball to roll out your feet.

Barre Fitness
A workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, Pilates and Yoga. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can. You will need light hand weights, bands and chair.
Foundational Mat Pilates
This class is the best place to start for a solid Mat foundation. You will learn and refine the fundamentals and how to engage your core muscles so you can connect to your body. Designed to take you from a beginner to an intermediate level, you'll be introduced to the method of Pilates so that you feel like your best self from the inside out. If you are going to do it, do it right! You will need a Mat and your body.
