PERSONAL TRAINING, PILATES & HEALTHY AGING COACHING
50-Minute Private Session
Personalized one-on-one fitness training and Pilates instruction designed to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, posture, and overall health. Programs are customized to your goals, fitness level, lifestyle, and individual needs.
Whether you are looking to build strength, improve athletic performance, recover from injury, prevent future injuries, or maintain an active lifestyle as you age, each session is tailored specifically to you.

DUET TRAINING
50-Minute Semi-Private Session
Workout for 2 - Train with a spouse, friend, family member, or workout partner. Duet sessions combine fitness training and Pilates instruction in a motivating and supportive environment. Best suited for participants with similar fitness levels and goals.
Single Duet Session: $70 per person
5-Session Package: $325 per person
CORPORATE WELLNESS, FITNESS & PILATES EVENTS
Bring movement, health, and energy directly to your workplace. Corporate wellness programs are designed to improve posture, mobility, strength, stress management, and overall employee well-being.
Whether your team spends long hours at a desk, travels frequently, or is looking to build healthier habits, these engaging sessions provide practical tools employees can use immediately to feel and perform better.

SMALL GROUP FITNESS & PILATES TRAINING
Gather your friends, coworkers, sports team, or family members for a fun, motivating, and results-driven workout experience. Sessions may include fitness training, Pilates, mobility work, core strengthening, flexibility training, balance training, and healthy movement practices tailored to your group's goals.

IN-HOME FITNESS & PILATES TRAINING
Personalized fitness training and Pilates instruction in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Ideal for busy professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking a convenient, customized approach to health and fitness without adding additional travel time to an already full schedule.
Each prospective client begins with a consultation to discuss goals, lifestyle, scheduling needs, location, and available equipment. This allows us to determine if in-home training is the right fit and create a program tailored specifically to your needs.
Whether your goal is improving strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, overall health, or maintaining an active lifestyle, sessions are designed to maximize results while fitting seamlessly into your schedule.

POLICIES
Payment is due upon booking.
Cash, check, or Venmo are appreciated. Credit card payments are accepted and subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
All sessions and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely during exercise.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, and no-shows will be charged in full.
