After more than three decades in the fitness industry, I've learned that the goal isn't just to exercise—it's to build a body that allows you to fully enjoy your life. The strongest and healthiest people aren't necessarily the ones who work out the hardest. They're the ones who move consistently, train intelligently, and create habits they can maintain for a lifetime.
